Yesteryears Celebration
An event designed for people of all ages, families, historians, farmers, educators and more. Partake in hands on demonstrations, view military artefacts, speak with knowledgeable participants, enjoy musical entertainment or stroll through Market Square and purchase hand crafted items. Displays of vintage vehicles, farming and construction equipment, steam engines, hit and miss motors, genealogical information, church tours, model railway, costumed volunteers and the list goes on. Ramara Historical Society Mission:
The Ramara Historical Society was established to research, document, collect, classify, preserve and edit material illustrating the founding, settlement and development of the former townships of Rama and Mara, which is the geographical area now known as The Township of Ramara and the Chippewas of Rama First Nation. |
